Bright Futures Scholarships
The Bright Futures initiative is to raise several million dollars for an endowed general scholarship fund. Revenue generated from the fund will be awarded as academic scholarships in undergraduate and graduate programs, veterinary medicine and culinary arts.

W.D. Farr Scholarship
W.D. Farr Scholarships
The National Cattlemen's Foundation is honoring the successful career of the late W.D. Farr of Greeley, Colorado through two annual $12,000 graduate scholarships bearing his name. Farr, was a third generation Coloradan, pioneer rancher, statesman and banker is known for his extraordinary vision. Farr was president of the National Cattlemen's Association in 1970 and was the first recipient of the Swan Leadership Award in 2001. He was also the first president of the National Cattlemen's Foundation.

Fred Johnson Scholarship
Fred Johnson Scholarships
The Fred Johnson Memorial Scholarship honors the career and leadership of the late Fred Johnson of Summitcrest Farms in Summitville, OH. Johnson was involved in all facets of the beef industry and is credited with helping to start the Certified Angus Beef program. Thanks to people from around the country who knew Fred, his legacy will live on through memorial contributions to the scholarship, benefiting a Master's or PhD student studying meat animal science or genetics. The scholarship recipient will be named at the 2009 Annual Convention.

Tribute Gifts
Tribute Gifts
Tribute gifts can be made in honor of people and special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and achievements. Tribute gifts are wonderful for that person who has everything. The National Cattlemen's Foundation will notify the honoree that a gift (no amount disclosed) has been made in their honor. The donor will receive an acknowledgement recognizing the gift.

Memorial
Memorial Gifts
Memorial gifts are handled with special care. The National Cattlemen's Foundation accepts and frequently receives memorial gifts. The National Cattlemen's Foundation will notify the family that a memorial gift (no amount disclosed) has been made in memory of their loved one. The donor will receive an acknowledgement recognizing the gift made in the person's memory.
