What are you doing now? I am the Food Safety Manager at Harris Ranch Beef Company. 

How did the W.D. Farr Scholarship help you achieve your goals?The W.D. Farr Scholarship introduced me to many leaders and innovators of the beef industry, allowing me the opportunity to develop and cultivate rewarding relationships. The scholarship also alleviated financial burdens and stresses incurred in pursuit of advanced degrees. 

What is your advice for student to be successful? Remain humble, work harder without expecting recognition, practice constant, honest self-evaluation, be self-motivated, and take time to teach someone else.

What do you think was W.D. Farr's most important trait? Mr. Farr was a genuine person who saw a need, realized he could make a difference, and drove the change
