What are you doing now? I am the Operations Manager for the Moses Lake Division Feedyards at AgriBeef. 

How did the W.D. Farr Scholarship help you achieve your goals? I would not have been able to attend graduate school without it. It helped ease the financial burden and allow me to concentrate on school and work.  

What advice do you have for students to be successful? Study early and often. There is nothing better than finishing an assignment the week before it is due. Don't come up with the conventional and obvious answers. Don't be afraid to come up with the more inventive and exclusive answers.  

What do you think was W.D. Farr's most important trait? Innovative. His innovativeness was unprecedented. It helped move the beef industry forward at a much faster rate. His outside of the box thinking and problem solving was so unique and superior. Today's beef industry would benefit greatly if we could be more innovative like Mr. Farr.
